The Menopause and Me

The menopause can truly be the gift that doesn't stop giving!

It can be a confusing, lonely time in life, where you're unsure of where to go for support as you journey through the various stages of menopause. In response to this, a year ago a fellow therapist, Kez, from the Kalming Purple Patch and myself, set up a community (non-profit) group to support as many ladies as possible through the menopause.

In our own businesses, we are already supporting our clients individually with their menopause symptoms and are both qualified in menopause well-being.

Kez offers many therapies perfect to help with menopause symptoms, including menopause massage, Reiki, Crystal healing and auricular acupuncture.* She also creates menopause bespoke bracelets. *Please see her website for a full list of available services.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist, helping with many menopause symptoms such as weight gain, sleep issues, anxiety and hot flushes. Again the list goes on, please browse this website for a full list of therapies available.

We both have our own experiences to fall back on, but we are fully aware that we don't have all the answers. To assist us, we have built a bank of wonderful specialists who we can signpost people to for extra support.

Our group holds monthly meetings around the King's Lynn area of Norfolk, providing ongoing support for both mental and physical health. This enables ladies to socialise with others on the same journey.

In addition to this, we host menopause well-being events; where experts are on hand to chat to.

To keep up to date with meetings, events and updates, why not follow us on Facebook ? â€‹â€‹      â€‹
